To whom this may concern:
I am writing this letter in regards of Sarah Albert. I am a young mother of four children. About one year ago Sarah and I began to work together, she tirelessly went out of her way to help me, always encouraging me not to give up on myself, she worked on my file endlessly. She always had time to call me and keep me on the right track. I feel she played a large part in my life and to where I am today. She never gives up and truly cares about her clients making sure the situation is the best.
When my mortgage was finalized I ended with a deal that I could never have imagined getting, she really made things happen, I followed her advice and now I am happier than ever. Working with Sarah is like working with a friend who wishes the best for you. Sarah is very professional at what she does. I will always be thankful to her for what she has done and will be looking forward to working with her in the future.
If there is anything I can do for Sarah it would be my pleasure to help. If there are any questions that I could answer please feel free to call me (866-6991).
Thanks again Sarah, sincerely,
Vanessa DeRoche

Louise & Dave Allain say:
Our Story is probably a very common one. We had been dealing with a finance company for our mortgage and other loans. Our interest rates was anywhere from 14-19 percent.
We were dealing with Royal Bank who we had dealt with for the 16 years to try and get our mortgage out of the finance company, but the deal fell through. We didn't know what to do. Then a letter from Sarah came through the mail from mortgagebrokers.com, and I decided to give them a chance, we had nothing to lose and everything to gain.
I talked to Debbie for quite awhile and she listened my story and took the necessary information and told me she would contact me back even if there was no news yet to keep us informed, and that's what she did she contacted us constantly and keep us updated.
We didn't give them a whole lot of time only three days. The night Sarah called to tell us we had been approved and it was a go. We went in the next day to sign papers and she called a lawyer for us, and we made an appointment. We went to see the lawyer on a Friday and everything was completed the following Monday. The finance company was not happy that we had went elsewhere, we would have never gotten out from under them if it hadn't been for all the hard work of Sarah and Debbie they really saved our lives.
We were at our wits end trying to do something on our own but Sarah and Debbie are very good at what they do, so we say let them do the work for you. I would advise anyone who has their mortgage up for renewal to go to them, they put everything into helping you and they don't stop until they can help you. I don't know where we would be right now if it hadn't been for Sarah and Debbie.
We couldn't believe it, but once the papers were signed at the lawyers and we had the amount in our hands to pay the small bills, we finally could breath again making it easier to live, having money for our groceries and other bills,
We would just like to say in ending, Sarah and Debbie were in the beginning strangers, who went out of there way do to something for us that even the bank we had dealt with for 16 years couldn't do. To us they went above and beyond what anyone else would do, and Dave and I thank them from the bottom of our hearts and I hope other people learn about them. They are two fantastic women who you can put your trust in.
Sarah and Debbie we can never thank you enough, anyone I hear of renewing their mortgage I tell them about you
Our many thanks to Sarah & Debbie
Louise & Dave Allain, Very happy people

Best call I ever made was to Sarah Albert at Moncton Mortgage Brokers! I was just about ready to give up after meeting with so many banks and mortgage brokers, their answers were always no or not enough money for what I wanted to buy; that’s when I heard Sarah’s commercial on the radio and gave her a call. She was able to get me more than enough money for what I wanted at an outstanding interest rate! After it was all said and done, I couldn’t believe the deal I got. She worked so hard and endlessly at getting me what I needed; I’ll never consult anyone else when it comes to my mortgage!

Lisa and Patrick Bourbonnais say:
Hiring Sarah Albert and MonctonMortgageBrokers.com to help us find a mortgage for our new house was one of the best decisions we made!
At the time, we were in the process of building a house, the economy was in recession and we were very unsure of what this would mean to the financing available. Sarah listened to our concerns, explained the options available to us, and made honest recommendations regardless of what was or wasn't in it for her.
Sarah was instrumental in finding us the right mortgage, with the right terms, at the best possible rate. We started working with Sarah early in the process and over the following few months, she stayed on top of things and kept us informed every step of the way right up until closing week. Sarah was very quick to respond to any enquiry and was proactive in informing us of any rate drop or change in the volatile market at the time.
In the end we got a mortgage commitment with a reputable financial institution, at a rate lower than we thought we would ever get. I would recommend the services of Sarah and MonctonMortgageBrokers.com to anyone in a heartbeat!
Well Done!

Dear Debbie,
I am writing you a short letter saying how much we appreciate all you have done and particularly your kindness. You are one special woman with so much to give to others. I have never met in my entire life a person who would work so hard for people to have their lifetime "DREAM". So it's with great pleasure that I want you to put this testimonial on your website.
My husband and I are in our 40's and raised kids, gave all that we possibly could, rough times along the way and also money problems from time to time. We were caught in a small "Fire". In "Finance Companies" and no way out until I received a letter in the mail saying that maybe she (Debbie) could help our financial position. This was not the first letter I had received from brokers but for some reason this was the first one that I felt compelled to call.
To who may read this letter, if there is one person that can help you have your dreams, guess what? Call "Debbie", she is all heart and racks her brain and fights to the bone for you. It's unbelievable. We had a small house mortgaged through a finance company and a loan through the finance and no way out. But an angel from heaven came along and we now have our house mortgaged with a bank at a low interest rate and our 2nd deal just came through, a mortgage for my lifetime dream. "My big house in the country with the white picket fence". Oh my God I can't believe it. Don't give up, you need to have lots of faith and believe in Debbie because she is the one.
I can't thank you enough Debbie for everything you have done for us. My lifetime dream came through. You are the most unique woman I have ever met in my lifetime. You will be in our hearts forever and also in our prayers.
Thanks a million, I'm the happiest woman on earth. Thank you Debbie for making it possible.

My name is Maria and I just wish I had been fortunate enough to meet Sarah about 40 years ago.
I have been in business for about that much time and having to deal with lending institutions has always been so humiliating. I have been been involved with quite a few businesses, which made my applications more complicated. Even though my credit has always been great, I always had to go through these meetings, where you felt like you were being investigated for some crime.
Not with Sarah, I was referred to her and even though as usual there were many things to be considered, Sarah made me feel like a friend, and she was even more than a friend.
She worked every angle to save me money, she was on my side and I knew it.
I truly believe every person needing help with their finances should have the opportunity to meet her.
I know I was overwhelmed by her dedication and service, and to my surprise there was no fees for her services on the loan.
You are more than a mortgage specialist, you are first a friend that has made my life a little easier to deal with. Sometimes I think is Sarah real... or is she a angel.
Thank You So Much for being there,
Maria

We have been dealing with the same bank for our mortgages over 28 years and have been thinking for the last year knowing it was coming up for renewal to look into other options. We were pondering the idea of checking out what a mortgage broker could do for us.
We visited our regular bank about 2 months before our due date. We wanted to see what they were able to offer us for the upcoming 3 to 5 year term. We did receive the compliment that our credit ratings were better than excellent BUT that we weren’t able to consolidate all our bills into one. Plus we had to take my name off an account we had with our daughter. We weren’t able to borrow the amount we wanted, blaming it on our incomes.
On top of that they could only give us the going rate of the day. We mentioned to him that we were checking into this early so as to be able to weigh out our options. Said he would get back to us in 2 weeks to see what plan we decided to go with.
So needless to say we looked into a mortgage broker and right away got much better vibes from Sarah Albert. She was very encouraging after hearing about our incomes and all our assets. She gave us both sides of the story, the pros and cons. She even shared a few things that we were doing with the banks for so many years that really resulted in us WASTING our money. These were all very helpful hints. She kept telling us no matter who we choose to go with, it was important that we knew the facts and figures. Sarah was able to consolidate all our bills and at a much LOWER rate. This gives us the options to actually save in the long run to help pay it off quicker. LOVE IT!
We were also recommended to get our own personal life and death insurance. Something else we learned that makes so much more sense for us. This way we feel much more secure.
We were in a relationship with the banks for over 28 years and like so many other people, we were taken for granted and treated as another number. We are very confident we made the right choice with Sarah. She gave us the confidence that we were worth something great.

Paul and Monique say:

Paul has been with the same bank forever.
When he was 25 married and had 2 children, he decided to buy or build a house. He went to the bank to see for a mortgage. He had had lots of loans before and always paid them on time but this time the bank said NO. The reason was he was to young.
So he waited a few months and found a mini home for sale. Since he had his own land already he thought that maybe the bank would approve it. He went once again to the same bank and this time they said yes but with a lot of objections. The mini home was 23 000 and he needed the money to pull it there and for all the water and other things to make it fit into place. Also he needed a little bit of furniture. So the bank made the loan for 32 000 (i think) but he needed about 40 000. So he ended up going to a finance company and they just wanted to lend him 3000 so he made another loan for the rest. So for the first 5 years it was hell for him. There was just to much money going out and not enough coming in.
Then for a few years it started to go good till he re mortgage and borrow more money to buy his parents house. The mortgage was for 88 000. He had a good job at the time and everything was going great till he lost his job and the banks didn't want to help him out once again.
Once it was to late the bank said that he should go see CCS (credit counselling) so he did. What a mistake. After one year of dealing with them we owed more then when we started. So he took it into his own hands. He made arrangement with every bank, credit card that he owed. He could have taken the easy way out and gone bankrupt but he didn't feel right about that. So instead he went out west away from his family to get caught up.
In summer of 2008 he met Sarah and after almost 2 years of working with her , Paul is finally back on the right road with a mortgage he can pay and living a worry free life. He owes it all to Sarah! If it wasn't for her he would still be living pay check to pay check with not enough money coming in. Thank you!!!
